Wellness Shot: Holiday Food Safety Tips

If you are having a bunch of people over for festivities you need to be careful about the food. Perishable foods (meat, poultry, casseroles) left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours should be thrown out.  According to the USDA Food Safety says bacteria apparently grows really fast between 140 degrees and 40 degrees.
