This Dallas Airbnb has gone viral for its serious dedication to recreating what it was like to be a kid living in the 1980s.
Named after Marty McFly from Back To The Future, The McFly is located in Dallas' hip Lower Greenville. Every room is packed with '80s memorabilia like a working Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game, an old McDonald's booth, vintage cereal and Pop-Tarts boxes, and a pastel color scheme and decor that work so well people in the reviews say they "walked right into the eighties."
But of course, this specific vision didn't happen by chance. In a 2018 interview with Dallas News, the owners of The McFly explained that it took them three months to assemble the place and they relied on their youthful memories of the '80s for creative direction.
