Rick Moranis is returning to the big screen. According to a report from Deadline.com, Rick is coming back as Wayne Szalinski for a Honey, I Shrunk the Kids sequel tentatively called Shrunk. If you recall there were two other films under the same family....1992's Honey, I Blew Up the Kids and the 1997 direct-to-video release, Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves. Back in 1997 Rick stopped acting so he could focus on being a dad, "I'm a single parent and I just found that it was too difficult to manage to raise my kids and to do the traveling involved in making movies. So I took a little bit of a break. And the little bit of a break turned into a longer break, and then I found that I really didn't miss it." Hopefully this won't be the only thing that Rick does. I would love to see another Spaceballs!!!!!
