BTS Recruited For Jason Derulo & Jawsh 685's 'Savage Love' (Remix)

BTS will appear on a new version of Jason Derulo and Jawsh 685’s song “Savage Love.”

The K-pop stars made the announcement on Twitter Monday (September 28), revealing the remixed, star-studded collaboration, titled “Savage Love” (Laxed — Siren Beat),” will drop this Friday.

"#SavageLoveRemix This Friday @Jawsh_685 x @jasonderulo x #BTS," the Korean septet tweeted with a split-screen video showing Derulo, the New Zealand producer and BTS performing the song’s viral TikTok dance, which involves arm waving while grooving to the slow, dancehall production.

It’s the latest of many exciting projects to come from the boy band, who, just hours prior, announced their new album, BE, will release on November 20. This will be the group’s latest project to follow February’s Map of the Soul: 7.

Per the announcement, published by Variety, the group's fifth Korean-language project will impart “a message of healing to the world by declaring, ‘Even in the face of this new normality, our life goes on.”

“For this album in particular, the septet took a step further and was involved not only in the music making process, but also in the overall production: concept, composition, design, etc.,” the statement adds, describing BE as a record that “reflects the thoughts, emotions and deepest ruminations of BTS.”

On August 21, BTS dropped their latest single “Dynamite,” which marked the band’s first track song entirely in English.

In other exciting BTS news, starting tonight, the K-pop superstars will take over The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for an entire week of performances, skits, and interviews.
