1. Cut Back on Sugars and Starches- Yes that means slow down on the carbs. When you cut the carbs, your hunger levels go down and you end up eating much fewer calories. Some people lose up to 10 in the first week of eating this way.
2. Balance Your Plate- Try and make sure that each meal you have contains a protein source, a fat source, and low-carb vegetables.
3. Hit The Weights- If you followed the first 2 steps you will see results but it is recommended to get active. Hitting the gym 3–4 times a week with a warm-up and then lifting session will help you reach your goals. Lifting weights helps burn lots of calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down.
