Disney Set to Ban Smoking at Theme Parks
Starting May 1, Disney will ban smoking at its theme parks and will include e-cigs and marijuana for Disneyland patrons.
After May 1, if you're a smoker you will have to exit the park and go to a designated smoking area beyond security checkpoints. The smoking restrictions will also be in effect for Disney's water parks, mini-golf courses, and ESPN Wide World of Sports.
There is also a new rule regarding strollers. Strollers can no be no larger than 31” (79 cm) wide and 52” (132 cm) long.
Disney also announced that visitors who are planning a trip to check out the new Star Wars Galaxy's Edge attraction will require a reservation until June 23rd. There is no fee associated with the reservation but if you are planning a trip this is definitely something to keep in mind.
