80s fans get ready! Here's your most excellent chance to star alongside Keanu Reeves in the upcoming Bill & Ted Face the Music movie. The film's screenwriter Ed Solomon announced the good news on Twitter. Interested fans just have to listen to a new Bill & Ted Face the Music song demo track at www.PartyOnWithBillAndTed.com, then film themselves, with friends or even their pets doing something musical. You are welcome to use whateer instruments you have around the house and yes even air guitars are welcome. Creativity counts so get your submissions in soon. The deadline for submissions is May 20. Bill & Ted Face the Music is scheduled to hit theaters on Aug. 21
The video tips included on the website include:
- Film inside or outside, where ever you want. Just be safe and follow the rules
- Wear WHATEVER you want, please NO copyrighted logos, brands, that includes tattoos of copywritten work
- Instruments- anything goes, yes even air guitar
- Film in portrait landscape or square just keep the clip to 30 seconds or less
- Invite friends, (furry ones count), family or strangers to be in your video
- JUST HAVE FUN AND ROCK ON
