The next time you have to cross a Bay Area bridge or hop into a Fasttrak express lane don't worry about not having a transponder because there's an app for that. The state now allows drivers to pay tolls using the Uproad app. Drivers can use it on their cell phone to pay for toll roads and bridges throughout California.'CoolSelect all

Simply download the free app in the Play store or the App store and sign up for the service, then you will be able to use the app for payment. Uproad doesn't mean a free crossing but it will make things more convenient. You can also manage one account for payments on toll roads and bridges, all in one place.
