The CDC recently issued new guidelines when it comes to wearing a mask out in public. According to the new directive coming from the CDC, people who are fully vaccinated don’t need to wear masks outdoors unless they’re in large crowded events like a festival. People are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second COVID-19 shot, or after receiving the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Well...California decided to clamp down on those guidelines and announced that everyone needs to keep wearing masks indoors, and they also need to wear their mask “any time physical distancing cannot be maintained.” That means outdoors, even when you are exercising or gathering with fully vaccinated people.
