Due to the California schools all closing amid the coronavirus pademic, the Chino Valley Unified School District Choral Festival had to be canceled.
Many students spent months participating and were extremely devastated from the news. They weren't going to let this stop them from sharing their music.
So each member sat down in front of their computer and recorded their part of the song which was an a-capella version of Over The Rainbow.
Once all 19 students finished recording, a video editor spent 36 hours piecing the song together.
