Christie's New Years resolution is to drink more water and she is definitely onto something. Here are the benefits of drinking more water.......

Every single cell in your body thrives on water. You are suppose to drink half your body weight in ounces. Start you day off with a tall glass of water. When you are properly hydrated you focus better and are more alert. You are less hungry so weight loss is easier. Your skin looks fresher and less wrinkles. Your body can fight off bugs like the flu more easily and your mood improves. 

If you aren't the type to get thirsty like me, it's a good idea to have a clear water container so you can be reminded to keep drinking water!!
