Wellness Shot: How NOT To Get Sick at Work

It's flu & cold season and it seems like everyone around you is coughing or sneezing. Here are some great tips on how NOT to get sick at work; 

1. Get Enough Sleep-Sleeping for more then 7 hours a night dramatically reduces your chances of getting a cold

2. Eat Carrots-Vitamin A is super good for your immune system. One carrot has 200% of the amount we are suppose to get of Vitamin A. 

3. Wash Your Hands-One of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others.

4. If you are germaphobe like me it's time to call in your optimism. When you have a positive outlook your immune system literally fights viruses and bacteria more effectively.
