This Sunday is the BIG GAME which means there's going to be a lot of snacking going on. I myself love to sit down and snack while watching the festivities.
Here are some tips to help your stomach stay in the game:
Don't eat fatty foods. Fat is harder to digest so avoid foods high in saturated fat meaning animal products. Avoid heavily processed or deep fried foods because they are more likely to cause: indigestion, bloating, nausea, stomach pains and other nastiness. Instead of cheesy pizza maybe you can try vegan pizza.
