People may throw shade at Quarterback Tom Brady but you have to admit that as the first ever 40-year-old MVP in NFL history he's clearly doing something right when it comes to his health. 

Here is what you need to take OFF your plate to be like Tom:

Don't eat white sugar, white flour or white salt. He uses pink himalayan salt.

Tom doesn't eat peppers, mushrooms and egg plants because they cause inflammation. 

Tom does NOT do caffeine....now I know why I never became a quarterback!!
