Try These Healthy Options on Valentines Day instead of Candy

On Valentine's Day we spend over a billion dollars on chocolate and candy but if you want to take a healthier route for your kids or office, how about some of these ideas that I don't think are embarrassing but are healthy; 

You can arrange a bunch of strawberries in the shape of a heart on a tray. You can add some coconut whip cream to jazz it up. 

Get Valentine's Day cups from a party store and fill those with blueberries and dried cranberries or same cup filled with strawberries and dark chocolate chips. 

You can give out temporary tattoo's. These are always fun and kids love them!! 

Valentine's Day is symbolized by a heart so why not make it heart healthy!!
