A good night sleep is so important for us to function. If you suffer from insomnia or restless nights here are some weird hacks that may help;
1. Put a red light in the bathroom. If you use the restroom at night the regular light can wake up your brain but red lights don't do that.
2. Ditch the luxury sheets. Studies shows the higher the thread count the worse the sleep
3. Forgive your partner for snoring. Just let it go!
