Madonna wasn’t Warren Beatty’s girlfriend when she was cast as Breathless Mahoney for Warren's movie adaptation of Dick Tracy, but scenes like this left him breathless indeed and they were a couple for over a year after. They were together when Madonna was filming her Truth or Dare documentary, where Warren groused “She doesn’t want to live off camera, much less talk.” The power couple didn’t last much longer but there are no hard feelings, Warren recently commented to People Magazine that Madonna is a “huge personality, diligent and disciplined.”
