Weird Al Yankovic Makes His Guitar Playing Debut With Rock Classic

"Weird Al" Yankovic has done a lot of crazy things onstage during his 40-year career.  But something he'd never done onstage before last Friday was play guitar. Yankovic made his guitar-playing debut at NYC's Apollo Theater. He kept things simple, playing Neil Young's single-note solo during a cover of "Cinnamon Girl".  He even did it one-handed! "Weird Al" is currently in the middle of his "Ridiculously Self-Indulgent, Ill-Advise Vanity Tour" in which he plays mostly original songs.  Earlier this month, his "Hamilton Polka" was the first-ever polka song to reach the Billboard charts.

Weird Al is currently on a solo tour. He said that he would be performing more original music this time around instead of focusing on his more well known parody hits.
