1.   Drink water! Being dehydrated makes your brain shrink and can lead to driving mistakes like lane drifting and late braking 

2.    Have healthy, non-perishable snacks on hand like walnuts, almonds, apples and whole grain crackers

3.    Just say no to smoking

4.    Incorporate a bit of exercise into your day. Can be as easy as having a jump rope with you and doing some jumps at a stop, maybe take laps around your truck, or have some free weights with you. Below is an exercise video by a trucker for truckers
