Totally Awesome Weekend Events in the Bay Area & Beyond

By Popular Demand, The Big Bounce America is Back for Another Weekend in the San Jose Area!

World’s Biggest Bounce House Bounces to Coyote Ranch in Coyote, CA (Coyote is outside San Jose headed towards Gilroy)  for a Second Consecutive Weekend, May 11th through 13th.

Whether you are bouncing, coming down to watch the fun, or even grabbing a bite to eat from local food vendors, everyone is welcome! 

Tickets are sold per session, with sessions split by age. Prices vary from $9 for anyone attending. Toddlers ’Session' up to $25 for our special Adults Only Session. Entry to the Bounce Village can be added to your ticket for an additional charge.

Stanford's 47th Annual PowWow

Celebrate Native American cultures through traditional songs, dances and events during the three-day Stanford Powwow, held rain or shine, every Mother’s Day Weekend, in the Eucalyptus Grove on Stanford campus. 

The Stanford Powwow is open to the public and overnight camping spaces are available. Donations for parking and camping are welcome. There is no pre-registration, and registration is done on a first come, first served, basis. However, there should be plenty of room for anyone who wants to camp. Also, no personal tents or canopies are allowed on the powwow grounds until 3pm on Friday. 

The Park Street Spring Festival is a Mother’s Day tradition that takes place in Alameda every year during the second weekend in May. Downtown Alameda Spring Festival May 12-13, 2018 | 10 am to 6 pm Park Street, Alameda-FREE

There will be lots of arts & crafts vendors, continuous live music on three stages, a kids’ area, mouth-watering festival food, and local craft beer & wine that can be purchased before strolling the street.

With over 150 street vendors and 50 charming shops, Downtown Alameda’s street fair is a perfect place to find a gift for Mom or you can treat her to a mimosa and lunch at one of the downtown restaurants during the celebration.
