Hollywood Vampires Cover Bowie, AC/DC, Who & More

Hollywood Vampires, the band of superstars featuring Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp and Joe Perry, just wrapped up four shows over the past week in the US and Canada. The headlining dates were their first in over a year. The 19-song set list pulled from the Vampires' originals, covers, plus Aerosmith and Cooper's mega hits.  One of those covers saw Johnny Depp taking vocal duties on David Bowie's "Heroes". Some of the others included The Doors' "Five to One" and "Break On Through (to the Other Side)", AC/DC’s "The Jack", The Who’s "Baba O’Reilly" and Motörhead's "Ace of Spades".

Alice Cooper says many are surprised to see Depp on stage because, "When they see a guitar in his hand, they going to say 'wait a minute I didn’t have any idea he could play like that'. He’s a real guitar player."
