There's a big show at the Concord Pavilion Friday night. Styx, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and Tesla are performing. Tickets are still available at LiveNation.com and the weather is going to be soooo beautiful. 

It's National Donut Day today/Friday and there are some freebies being given out today. Dunkin Donuts & Krispy Kreme are giving away FREE donuts.

37th Annual Art & Wine Festival at Heather Farm Park in Walnut Creek is Saturday & Sunday starting at 11 a.m. The festival will stay open longer on Sunday and will be showing the Warriors game on it's jumbo screens inside the beer garden. There's also a Tom Petty tribute band on Saturday. 

 
 

52nd Annual Sand Castle & Sand Sculpture Contest 

Saturday, June 2, 2018 | 9 am to 1 pm– 9-11 am: Registration– Noon: Judging begins– 1 pm: Awards Ceremony-Robert Crown Memorial State Beach Park, Otis & Westline Drive, Alameda-FREE

Start your creative juices flowing and get ready to bring your shovel and buckets to the beach to create a unique piece of art at the 52nd annual Sand Castle and Sand Sculpture Contest on Alameda’s Robert Crown Memorial State Beach.

This free event (free to compete and free to watch) is a family fun activity to partake in, or you’re welcome to just come down to watch all of the action.
