The #1 way to help your brain help you live a long life is sleep. Brain scientist Jeff Stibel says we need sleep to clear toxins from our brain. Jeff says if we were to try and live without sleep the toxins would build up and kill you after about 200 hours. If you have limited sleep then the toxins just kill you more slowly over time. Every night counts so get lots and lots of sleep.
Jeff also recommends consistent low impact exercise which is very beneficial to the brain.
