Fourth Of July Food Safety Tips-Wellness Shot

If you plan on having a bbq or picnic for the 4th of July holiday then keep these tips in mind;

Keep your foods out of the danger zone which is between 40-140 degrees. Keep hot foods hot at or above 140 degrees. Use warming trays or slow cookers.

Keep cold foods cold at or below 40 degrees. Place food in containers and on top of ice.
