Wellness Shot: Sneaky Ways To Get Your Water In

The other day me, Christie, and Karena were talking about drinking water. I don't get thirsty often so it's hard for me to remember to drink water. Most of the time I'd rather eat foods that will help with my water intake/hydration. So here are foods you can eat to help with keeping your body hydrated;

Cucumbers are 95% water

Watermelon (my favorite) is 92% water

Ice Berg Lettuce is 96% water
