Since the back-to-school season is already here I wanted to share with you some tips on how to ease your kid into a back-to-school routine. 1. Gently cut back on screen time. Kids who interact with electronics have a harder time focusing which then makes them more anxious. 2. Gently move bedtime a little earlier and earlier for a few days until you get to their actual school bedtime.3. Talk to your kids about the upcoming school year. Go by the school even if it's just in the parking lot.4. Parents reach out to the school. You will feel better connected with the school and it will help assure your kids.
