Wellness Shot: Back-To-School Germ Tips For Kids

It's back-to-school season and you know what that means right???? GERMS

Here's how to help your kids stay germ-free;

1. Remind your child to wash hands frequency. They should wash for about 20 seconds or tell them to sing Happy Birthday twice so that they get a good wash.

2. Boost your kid's immunity from the inside. 8-to-10 hours of sleep, lots of water, and lots of germ-fighting fruits and vegetables.

3. Teach your kids how to cough into their elbow and NOT their bare hands.
