Wellness Shot: Preschoolers Need A Good Nap

Don't you love it when you read an article that reminds you of something you've been saying for years and you can say "I TOLD YA"?? 

Scientific data now says a good nights sleep and naps are necessary for preschoolers to be at their best. This is what mommy Martha would always say!!
