Wellness Shot: Not Enough Exercise Leads To Sickness
If you enjoy not exercising, you may want to get up and get active. According to a study, no exercise could mean a cardiovascular disease or other health problems.
This study, that is the first to estimate physical activity trends around the world over time, was done between 2001 and 2016. In a statement, the WHO said that many people just aren't moving around enough and this is causing concern.
