Every morning around 6:40 I bring you a daily dose of health and I saw this article come out yesterday and wanted to share it with you.
Turns out Yogurt is kind of a good news-bad news situation as far as our health goes. The good news is that yogurt has all those probiotics, that good bacteria we need. It's good for our digestion. Yogurt has protein, calcium, and vitamin b but that bad news is that yogurt has tons of sugar.
Organic yogurt is just as bad. Other non-good categories are flavored fruit and children's yogurts. Get plain yogurt and add your own fruit or honey.
