I was at Whole Foods this week and the person in line behind me sneezed. Thankfully she sneezed into her arm and not directly into her hand. This reminded me that the cold & flu season is right around the corner so I found steps you can take to say NO to germs.
1. Use hand sanitizers that contain 60% alcohol
2. Bring your own mat to yoga and the gym. Wipe down the equipment and bring your own towel. You can even mark one side of the towel with an X so you know which side is the dirty side.
3. Keep your hands OFF your face. Touching your eyes, nose or mouth is a sure fire way to put any germ you are in contact with directly into your body.
