San Diego developer Bob Wilson is getting a lot of love from students at Paradise High School in Butte County after he gave every student a check for $1,000. Students and staff members each got a check that totaled $1 million dollars. The school is still standing but 90% of family members in the school district lost everything.
Bob says he just wanted to "add a smile to their faces". He says "his high school years were some of the most carefree and he wants it to be the same for students even if it's just for a moment. "
