Celebrate the holiday season in the historic Jack London District on Saturday, December 15 from noon – 5 pm with the 1st Annual SantaCon Oakland. Dress up in a full-on Santa costume and have fun.
The official rally will take place at Jack London Square around the Christmas tree (Broadway & Water Street) at noon. There will be live music and a costume contest. Dress up and have fun.

Come out and see the oldest and largest lighted holiday boat parade on the San Francisco Bay. Boats festooned with lights and holiday decorations will parade along the waterfront on December 14, 2018.
Parade Route and Best Viewing Locations:
The parade route will begin just off of PIER 39, proceeding west past Fisherman’s Wharf, Fort Mason and the St. Francis Yacht Club, and will turn around off of Crissy Field to return along the waterfront.
Spectators can enjoy wonderful views from Aquatic Park, PIER 39, the Marina Green, and Crissy Field. In addition to offering a fantastic vantage point, restaurants along the Wharf will be featuring traditional holiday menus.
The San Rafael Lighted Boat Parade takes place annually along the entire length of the San Rafael Canal and it’s happening on Saturday, December 15, 2018.
The parade is built upon the spirit of the local boating community and is actively supported by four local yacht clubs including the San Rafael Yacht Club, The Loch Lomond Yacht Club, The Marin Yacht Club, and the Classic Yacht Association.
2018 Downtown Christmas Parade & Holiday Market
In its 24th year, the Christmas Parade & Holiday Market takes over First Street with holiday cheer at 10 am. The parade starts at First and D Streets and continues up First Street, ending at H Street.
