Wellness Shot: 'Mind Diet' Helps You Fight Off Alzheimer's Disease

Every morning at 6:40 you get a bit of health information from me that I like to call a 'wellness shot.' Keeping active may protect your brain from dementia even if you have early signs of it. According to a study done in Chicago, researchers tracked more than 450 adults for 20 years and found those that done more exercise wound up performing better in both memory and thinking skills.
