According to the Sacramento Bee, Sacramento is planning to rename a city park after Levar Burton. The 'Reading Rainbow' host was born in Germany but moved to California at age 3. Levar grew up in Sacramento with his two siblings and attended Christian Brothers High School. The parl includes an amphitheater, picnic area, playground and basketball courts.
