It took nearly 15 years for Def Leppard to be recognized by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame voting body, but on March 29th, they'll get their due as part of the 2019 Class. Vivian Campbell sat down with Metal Wani's Jesse David and admitted that the band didn't spend as much time reflecting on past snubs as perhaps their fans, but they still find the honor, "really cool". "It's a good feeling, to be honest. But, like I said, it's not something that we would have spent a lot of time thinking about prior to it," the guitarist reveals. Campbell is very thankful for the support of their fans, saying that he and the Brit rockers do it for them, adding, "And that's always the award that we've always put our emphasis on".
