Adjusting to Daylight Saving Time may find you:

Sleepy or irritable at work

More accident-prone

Not able to focus as well when you’re driving (true for your teenagers too if they drive themselves to school)

Tips to help you adjust:

Get as much sunlight during the day as you can. Sunlight helps you both sleep and stay alert

Avoid caffeine late in the day

Resist the urge to take a nap, that can decrease your ability to sleep at night
