'The Dirt' Introducing New Fans To Motley Crue

Having a music biopic come out seems to do great things for a band. Just ask Queen. For Mötley Crüe, the release of The Dirt has propelled them on the charts everywhere.

According to just published figures, new fans are getting introduced to the band. They scored the highest audience rating for a Netflix movie on Rotten Tomatoes, while Spotify says that in the last month, 64 percent of those streaming Crüe's music are between 18 and 34.

Allen Kovac, the band's manager, notes that the figures are similar on other streaming music sites too. "The movie is bringing Mötley's music into the homes, universities dorms and handheld devices of the streaming generation, some of which only knew Mötley Crüe as a cool t-shirt," he reveals.

In celebration, the band has put out a video titled Sizzle, with recent interviews, music video clips and live footage.
