21st Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration in San Leandro-Friday, May 3 at 6pm at the Marina Community Center-The highly popular event will feature mariachi music, regional Mexican Aztec dances, and theatrical performances which will be performed by the Ballet Folklorico Costa De Oro.
