Keep healthy snacks on your counter like fruit. Even if you fill glass jars of beans and leave them on your counter that gets you thinking healthy.
Make sure to have lots of vegetables on hand and remember veggies should fill half of your plate. Follow the rule: Eat only when the sun is UP! Have dinner earlier or breakfast later or both if you can do it.
