It's Fathers Day Weekend and if you are looking for something to do, here are some fun events happening around the bay area including:

A new exhibit opening today at the California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park, called SKIN: Where visitors can discover the superpowers of skin to camouflage, protect and heal, and get up close to amazing specimens like a rhino, armadillo, and more! The 2019 Alameda County Fair takes over their annual Pleasanton stomping grounds with carnival rides, horse racing, exhibits, animals, food, games, tons of kids activities, and more. Admission on Friday, June 14th is FREE before 3 pm. Father's Day FREE Day before 5 pm on Sunday. Military and Veterans FREE with valid I.D. Catch nightly 8 pm concerts for an additional fee. Considered one of the country’s original outdoor festivals, the North Beach Festival celebrates its 65th anniversary in historic North Beach. The event will feature over 125 arts and crafts booths, gourmet food booths, two stages of live entertainment, poetry readings, Italian street painting, beverage gardens, kids’ chalk art area and the blessing of the animals.
