Wellness Shot: How To Get Buns Of Steel


Unless you are a P.E. Coach or yoga teacher, most of us sit all day at work. Sitting all day comes with health issues like an increased risk of diabetes and cardio vascular disease. There are a few exercises you can do while sitting. My favorite is the stealth booty clench. Clench your booty and hold for 10 seconds. Do a bunch of them and you can get 'buns of steel.'
