Wellness Shot: How To Get More Energy

If you have been feeling draggy because of all the end of school activities, here are some tips to boost your energy:

  1. Take a walk. Research shows that even in a 10 minute walk can give you an energy lift that lasts up to 2 hours.
  2. Take a 20-30 minute power nap.
  3. Drink more fluids, water, tea or soups.
  4. Listen to music!
