Every morning at 6:40 I give you a little bit of health info that I like to call your 'Wellness Shot' and on Monday's I focus on things that can help the workplace.
If you have a big job interview coming up or a meeting at work, here are some foods that you can eat before to help with the pressure:
- Eat lean protein (eggs, fish, tofu) it helps with your thinking and helps anxiety
- Coffee! Coffee can help your energy and concentration
- Almonds calm you down and boost your mood
- I myself like to have cold tofu with cold peanut butter. This helps me feel so centered.
