Wellness Shot: How Not To Be Nervous At A Job Interview

Every morning at 6:40 I give you a little bit of health info that I like to call your 'Wellness Shot' and on Monday's I focus on things that can help the workplace.

If you have a big job interview coming up or a meeting at work, here are some foods that you can eat before to help with the pressure:

  1. Eat lean protein (eggs, fish, tofu) it helps with your thinking and helps anxiety
  2. Coffee! Coffee can help your energy and concentration
  3. Almonds calm you down and boost your mood
  4. I myself like to have cold tofu with cold peanut butter. This helps me feel so centered.
