Wellness Shot: Back To School Tips

Back-to-School season is here!! Here are some good back to school tips I found in Seventeen magazine that are good no matter what grade you are going into.

  1. Set yourself some ground rules ahead of time so that you are more likely to stick to them. Seventeen magazine suggests no TV until your homework is done or put your phone away while studying.
  2. Make sure you get sleep.
  3. Start your day with a healthy breakfast like oatmeal or bread topped with peanut butter and fruit.
