This morning I've got a health tip directly from the co-founder and CEO of Whole Foods John Mackey. John's basic philosophy is the more fruits & vegetables you eat, the more likely you will be to lose weight and be healthy.
John's day includes about 15 servings of fruits & veggies. He also adds in grains like quinoa and brown rice. Whenever he feels like desert, John eats a date. John says he also travels with a rice cooker so he can make his own steel cut oats.
