After announcing last year that he would sit down to write a book about his life, Rob Halford reveals "toward the back end of 2020" is when fans can get it in their hands.
The Judas Priest frontman told Ultimate Classic Rock that the upcoming text would be "more of a memoir" than an autobiography, noting, "It's going to shock you."
In 2015, Halford shot down the idea of writing about his life, but things have changed more recently.
"There's no point in putting a book together if you don't have full disclosure, in my opinion. Since I've been clean and sober, I've probably been more honest and truthful about myself than I ever have been. You only get a chance to do it once and do it properly," Halford admits.
