Back in 2014, David Lee Roth hit the studio with guitarist John 5, recording tracks for a record that was never released. But now it seems fans will soon get a listen.
According to the Van Halen frontman, with that band possibly finished, he can now let this music, which was written for himself and for VH, see the light of day.
"There's been a revision of things, and I can start making real plans and start marching into the future," Roth reveals in a recent interview.
John 5 broke the news of the record, which he called the California Sessions, playing a short snippet while speaking with "Masters Of Shred" earlier this year.
