After spotting a superfan in the crowd holding a sign that read, "This is my 100th show," Billy Joel wanted to do something special.
So the Piano Man offered Dr. Geoff Epstein tickets to his next performance at the World's Most Famous Arena.
"They gave us four tickets and backstage passes," Epstein told Page Six, who adds that he's "realistically spent between $25,000 and $50,000" on attending Joel's Madison Square Garden residency.
"My wife thinks I'm done, but I equate going to the Garden … to a Knicks game, except when you go to a Knicks game, they may lose. At Billy, I always leave happy because my team always wins," Epstein jokes.
