A few months back Martha Quinn spoke with the family of 5-year-old Savian Hamilton who was in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant. Savian recently under went the transplant but is now suffering from complications. Before the 49ers big game with the Vikings, tight end star Levine Toilolo and his wife Stephanie went to pay little Savian a visit. Check out the video!
